290CC Prototype Update

It's been a busy last couple months, so I'm finally updating on our progress on the 290CC Center Console... we haven't been standing still that's for sure, as you'll soon see in the next few weeks.

We've built the hull and have installed the stringers and bulkheads to add strength to the boat, and accommodate the deck. We are currently rigging prototype #1 and documenting the build for production.

The deck has also been built, currently we are bonding storage tubs and fishboxes to it and will be pulling deck #1 on Monday. At that point we'll have the two biggest components of the boat completed so that we can start to push forward with finalizing the prototype.

I'll update with some photos next week once we have a deck ready to view, it'll give everyone a good idea of what the boat will look like... a sneak peak of the console is pictured to the right, it's plug is getting the finishing touches before it gets detailed by Glen "Big G" Edwards (you can see Glen on the page called "the integrity of smooth" in our new brochure).
